We plan to have an outdoor ceremony. The reception will be both indoors and outdoors.

Weather in upstate NY can be unpredictable. The temperature in early August is typically between the mid-70s and high 80s. The reception barn has cooling units to regulate the temperature. We are hoping for a nice day, but there is always the possibility of high winds or rain. If that happens, the ceremony and reception will take place inside the reception barn.
Cocktail/Formal. Please plan your shoe choice for grass and gravel. No pressure, just something more than jeans and a t-shirt. This isn't Footloose.
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. Guests can begin arriving at 4:30 pm.
The reception will end at 11:30 pm. The afterparty will continue at the Batavia Downs Hotel and Casino.
Yes. Please check back for more information.
We ask that you silence your phones and put them away for the ceremony. We want our guests to be able to fully experience the ceremony with us and we want to make sure the view isn't blocked for our professional photos. There will be plenty of time to take photos after the ceremony and we will share ceremony photos when we receive them from our vendors.

Once the ceremony is over, we encourage everyone to take as many photos as they want.
We will try our best to accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies. Please let up know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP. Please contact us if you need to change any information about dietary needs after you submit the RSVP.
Yes! We will have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
